Gucci came of a youthful/desperate/scattered need to do SOMETHING, for better or much worse. But, I recall a naive egotism too - Thinking we could do something at-par or even better than the little music we knew of in Sydney. Fairly obvious that we were amazingly wrong, but at least it got us up and rolling. The first of our friends with a real-deal, finished album. We'd somehow convinced actually good musicians Andy Cowland from Further, and Clint Hyndman from Something For Kate to help us record (no, not even they could save us) and we went into the studio for our first action as a band. This gear is pretty raw, and frankly, tough listening, so, yeah good luck to you if you're digging this deep!
