To have something new to schill on the Joe Lally tour in early '09 Gcci hit record on the music they'd been playing at micro-gigs in their Darlinghurst prac spot 'The Place' - Another new years in studio-land, a studio with yellow cabling! In this period the band was a solid 4-piece, with Adem Terrett working the bass, and Lex Wray on the horn. It was cool to be a real band and try to write music together ground-up (slowly as it came!). The years in the place were intense, playing most nights of the week, with more yelling than was good for anyone. But, at least something came of it..... This is..... it.
